Job Description
- Customer service oriented
- Perform hair removal services treatment using company’s approved equipment
- Explain the treatment process pre cautions, expected results and after care.
- Operate hair removal equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures are followed.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment room and equipment before and after each session.
- Monitor customers during treatment and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Provide appropriate post treatment care and after care instructions.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and service standards.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the management.
