Job Description
Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time | Mon – Fri | 9am – 6pm)
Location: 81 Aljunied Road #06-01 S+6III Singapore 389823 (Office)
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce Operations
Assist with daily order processing, packing, and coordination with logistics partners.
Help update product listings and images across our website and marketplaces (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee,).
Track inventory and assist with stock management.
Provide basic customer support via email, chat, and social media.
Marketing & Social Media
Support content creation (photos, videos, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Schedule and post content to keep our social channels active and engaging.
Help with influencer outreach and partnerships.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and newsletters.
Website & Brand Support
Update website banners and product info using Shopify.
Assist in analysing marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Participate in brand shoots, showroom setup, and events where needed.
Who You Are
A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Design
Passionate about fashion, design, and ecommerce.
Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using tools like Canva, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or willing to learn fast.
Strong writing and visual sense — you understand what makes content scroll-stopping.
A positive team player who loves learning and takes initiative.
Genuinely curious
