GRAYE is a Singapore-based unisex fashion label built on the principles of slow living, timeless design, and natural fabrics. Since 2016, we’ve been crafting multi-functional, gender-neutral pieces in materials like cupro, linen, cotton, and tencel — designed to age beautifully and move with you through every season of life.
We’re looking for a Style Advisor — not a typical retail associate.
This role is for someone who genuinely understands fabric, appreciates thoughtful design, and can articulate the story behind every piece. You’ll be the face of GRAYE in-store, shaping how customers experience our brand and building meaningful, lasting relationships with a community of creative professionals, media workers, and design-conscious individuals.
Job Description
Styling & Customer Experience
- Guide customers through GRAYE’s collections with genuine product knowledge — explain fabric properties, construction details, care instructions, and how pieces work across different occasions and seasons.
- Build and maintain personal client relationships. Know your regulars, remember their preferences, and proactively reach out when new pieces or restocks match their style.
- Deliver a relaxed, unhurried, consultative experience that reflects GRAYE’s slow fashion philosophy — no hard selling, no pressure tactics.
- Style complete looks and suggest multi-functional outfit pairings that showcase the versatility of our designs.
Store Operations
- Manage daily store operations independently: opening/closing, POS transactions, inventory counts, restocking, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store presentation to brand standards — garment care, display arrangement, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Process online orders, handle exchanges and after-sales enquiries via WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the team on stock movements between our Scotts Square and Eng Hoon Street locations.
Brand & Community
- Act as a brand ambassador: share GRAYE’s story, design philosophy, and sustainability practices authentically with every visitor.
- Capture in-store content (photos, styling shots) to support our social media channels when opportunities arise naturally.
- Gather and relay customer feedback, product requests, and market observations to the creative team.
