Job Description

Marketing & Social Media Intern
Hey Montgomery | Singapore

Internship – Part Time – Hybrid

Are you passionate about interiors, and creating engaging content? Hey Montgomery is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our growing studio.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an award-winning children’s interior design studio, working across various projects. You’ll have the chance to be involved in everything from behind-the-scenes installation days to content creation, campaign planning and bringing our brand story to life online.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating, editing and publishing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms

• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments at installations, client projects, events and studio life

• Editing reels, videos and imagery to align with the Hey Montgomery brand aesthetic

• Assisting with content planning, scheduling and maintaining a consistent posting calendar

• Supporting the creation of digital marketing campaigns, promotions and collaborations

• Researching social media trends, audio and content ideas to help grow our online presence

• Writing captions and assisting with community engagement

• Helping maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in interiors, design, children’s spaces and storytelling through content

• Is confident using Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite or similar

• Has an eye for aesthetics, composition and detail

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks

• Is willing to travel to various project sites across Singapore to capture content

• Enjoys working independently but is also comfortable collaborating within a small team

• Is eager to learn, takes initiative and isn’t afraid to share new ideas

• Has a positive attitude and takes ownership of their work

Bonus points if you have:

• Photography or videography experience

• Basic graphic design skills

• Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation and marketing
