Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers across social media and in-studio
- Understand preferences and recommend suitable homeware
- Guide customers through their purchase journey
- Manage enquiries and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Build strong relationships and encourage repeat business

- A Levels / Diploma in any field
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn
- Interest in marketing & social media
