Job Description

Our client is looking for someone who is able to oversee day-to-day operations across all administrative and agency functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure smooth office operations and workflow coordination
– Plan and execute events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
– Manage communications and coordination with internal and external parties
– Handle scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
– Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
– Support project execution and agency initiatives
– Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved
– Recommend and implement process improvements

 

Requirements:

– Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
– Proven experience in administrative, operations, or event coordination roles
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
