You’re the Pulse of the Production
Exciting times ahead! We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our mission. You will be the heartbeat of the project. While the creative team dreams up the concepts and the Account Managers guide the strategy, you are the one who makes it real.
- Running the Show: Own the process! Learn the ropes of “Live”! You own the run-sheets for our most exciting projects — from high-energy webinars across APAC to flagship live events and multi-asset content launches
- Mastering the Format: You aren’t tied to one medium. You’ll manage projects ranging from digital experiences to in-person events. You’ll learn how to choose the right platform to make a message truly stick.
- Decoding your Genius: You will dive into the technical details. To produce the story, you need to understand it. You’ll learn to see the human impact behind the complex engineering.
- Global Coordination: You’ll act as the central hub for our global projects, helping coordinate teams across different cultures and time zones.

The Toolkit You can Start With as a Junior Producer
- Experience: 0-2 years or more in production, events, or project coordination (fresh grads with substantial, hands-on internship experience are welcome).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Google Workspace. Some working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is key – you don’t need to be Spielberg, but you need to understand the workflow and visual communication.
- The Mindset: You are systematic, intellectually curious, and calm under pressure. You actually like checklists and organized processes.
