Job Description

At Mint Lab, we turn fresh ideas into identities, campaigns, content and experiences. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can help make that work distinctive, intelligent and beautifully executed.

You’ll have at least three years of professional experience, a strong portfolio and the curiosity to keep exploring beyond the first obvious answer.

You’ll join an energetic, high-performing team working with recognised brands including Coca-Cola, UNIQLO, Häagen-Dazs and CHAGEE, to name a few. The range, pace and standard of the work will give you valuable exposure, helping you sharpen your craft, strengthen your portfolio and grow within the creative industry.

What you’ll do

  • Turn briefs into clear, distinctive visual concepts.
  • Design across branding, campaigns, content, digital, print and event touchpoints.
  • Take ideas from early conceptualisation through to polished final artwork.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams.
  • Present your thinking clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects without letting the details slip.

What you’ll bring

  • At least three years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an agency or similarly fast-moving creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, typography, layout, identity and campaign design.
  • Confidence with Adobe Creative Cloud and the tools needed to deliver production-ready work.
  • A good eye, sound judgement and the ability to explain why a design works.
  • Curiosity beyond familiar trends, references and algorithms.
  • Reliability, organisation and a healthy respect for deadlines.

AI is in your toolkit, not in charge of it

You’re comfortable and competent with current AI tools for visual exploration, image generation, prototyping and production.

You know how to prompt, curate, edit and refine the output, using AI to explore further and work smarter without outsourcing your creative judgement.

Extra ingredients are welcome

Animation, motion design, 3D or illustration skills would all be a plus, as would any other creative capability that brings a useful new dimension to our agency.

We’re not looking for someone who makes everything look “Mint”. We’re looking for someone who understands what each idea, brand and audience needs, then finds the most compelling visual answer.
