Job Description
As an Account Management & Client Servicing Executive:
You are a natural with it comes to cultivating and nurturing client relationships to forge long-term partnership. Serving as primary liaisons for our clients, you exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication prowess, coupled with strategic and creative thinking abilities. You also have an unquenchable thirst for seeking out new business prospects and revenue generating tactics to boost sales. You display superb teamwork, collaborating across teams internally and externally to deliver exemplary results that fulfils client’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt response to client inquiries.
Present the Paradox’s core capabilities to clients.
Understand clients’ project needs and requirements.
Preparation of cost estimates, quotes & proposals.
Managing the account’s budget and working with finance for billing matters.
Maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.
Contribute ideas and insights alongside the Creative team.
Requirements
An excellent communicator in oral and written English.
Someone who displays initiative, responsibility and is always willing to learn.
Able to multitask and good at time management.
Maintain professionalism at all times and be efficient and organised.
