This internship isn’t about watching from the sidelines. You’ll help build the systems that power Hubble.

What You’ll Build

You’ll work directly with the founder to design and improve Hubble OS, our internal operating system that keeps the company running.

Projects may include:

• AI project management systems
• Internal CRM
• Client portal
• Client memory database
• AI-generated daily team briefs
• Proposal generation
• Invoice reminders and automation
• Internal recruitment dashboard
• AI-powered scripting database
• Editor and designer QA systems
• Workflow automations across the business
• Internal websites and tools built using AI-assisted platforms

Every project you build should help eliminate repetitive work and make the company operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how Hubble operates from end to end.
• Map existing workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Build AI-powered internal systems and automations.
• Prototype internal tools using AI-assisted development platforms.
• Improve project management and team visibility.
• Reduce manual administrative work across the company.
• Build dashboards that help the team stay proactive.
• Speak with team members to understand operational pain points.
• Continuously improve Hubble OS.

Requirements

We’re more interested in how you think than what programming language you know. Experience with any of the following is a bonus:

• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• APIs
• AI agents
• Cursor
• Claude Code
• Lovable
• Bolt
• Replit
• Basic programming knowledge
• Building internal tools

Don’t worry if you don’t know all of them. Curiosity and the ability to figure things out matter far more.

Internship Details

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3 months (with opportunity to extend)

Working Arrangement: Full-time internship

Allowance: SGD $600-$800/month (depending on experience)
