Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand, refine & communicate the focused positioning of the kindness movement, so that kindness is seen as a desirable universal trait for Singaporeans
- Daily media listening and monitoring of good news and negative sentiments
Review SKM’s current social media content on our social platforms and suggest improvements - Monitor website traffic and craft plans on how to attract more traffic to the website
- Assist in updating SKM’s Kindness.sg website content
- Create social media assets (graphics or video) to achieve the team’s key performance indicators
- Basic data analysis and project management for ad hoc projects / proof of concepts
- Contribute article ideas and write articles for The Pride
- Utilise data analytics tools to explore how data influences behaviour
- Source for collaborative efforts with partners in promoting #BeGreater movement
Requirements
- Good understanding of social media channels
- Excellent written communication skills
- Possess a pleasant personality, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills to communicate and work with people across all levels of the organization
- Relevant knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Possesses an interest in data analytics and research
