We are currently operating 20 outlets in Singapore.

Job Description

This year at SL Aesthetic Group, we’re taking our digital presence to the next level! As we strengthen our online and branding footprint, our websites will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience our customers have with us. As our Web Developer, you’ll be at the heart of this exciting journey -designing, building, and optimizing platforms that truly reflect our brand- all while enjoying a collaborative, drama-free environment where your ideas and skills can shine.

 

What you will do:

 

1. Web Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain the company’s web infrastructure across WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, WIX, and other platforms.
Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet unique project requirements.
Build responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized layouts that elevate our brand presence.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).

2. Website Performance

Optimize website performance, speed, and security to deliver a seamless browsing experience.
Implement best SEO and digital marketing practices aligned with the latest search algorithms.
Set up and maintain Google Analytics for accurate website tracking and reporting.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

 

3. Collaboration & Innovation

Partner closely with designers, product managers, and specialists to deliver unified digital experiences.
Keep updated on evolving trends, tools, and best practices across WordPress, Shopify, and front-end development.

 

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline.
2 – 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and WIX development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Liquid, and MySQL.
Strong experience in custom theme and plugin development (beyond basic drag-and-drop tools).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO fundamentals.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects independently.
A strong growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Bonus

Experience with Shopify Plus or WooCommerce.
Knowledge of Headless CMS or API-driven integrations.
Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Tailwind CSS.
Experience with web analytics, CRO tools, or marketing automation platforms.
