Design Associate (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a Design Associate (Entry-Level) who is eager to learn, enjoys working with details, and is excited to be involved in the journey from concept to creation.

This is a fresh graduate / entry-level position with direct mentorship and on-the-job training. No prior jewelry experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Prepare design presentations and technical packs for production
– Prepare client-facing design materials and presentation layouts based on completed CAD designs
– Organize design references, mood boards, and project documentation
– Assist the founder with design development and creative projects
– Prepare files and information for production partners and designers
– Support day-to-day studio operations when required

Who You Are
– Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply
– Design-related education or experience is a bonus, but not required
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
– Singaporean / PR only
– Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
– Strong attention to detail and organization
– Comfortable working with visual layouts and presentation materials
– Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Bonus If You Have
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Rhino, Blender, or other design software
