About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Operations Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and learning how real-world operations are run. You will work closely with experienced team members to support critical systems, investigate issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Unlike larger organisations where responsibilities are highly specialised, this role offers broad exposure across technical operations, infrastructure, customer support, and process improvement. You will be given opportunities to take ownership early and develop both technical and professional skills.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support day-to-day operations of systems and infrastructure
  Investigate and resolve operational and technical issues
  Assist with system maintenance, updates, and configuration tasks
  Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports
  Work with internal teams and customers to resolve service requests
  Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
  Participate in operational projects and continuous improvement efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, or a related discipline
  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  Clear communication and documentation skills
  Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with monitoring tools or automation
• Class 3 Driving License
