Job Description

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional media
  2. Create compelling and engaging content including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies
  3. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community engagement and performance monitoring
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights needed for marketing materials and communications projects
  5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation
  6. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
  7. Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems and tracking tools to ensure accurate campaign reporting
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality delivery of marketing materials and services
  9. Research market trends, competitor activities and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
  10. Assist in the development of marketing plans and communications calendars aligned with business objectives
