Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional media
- Create compelling and engaging content including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community engagement and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights needed for marketing materials and communications projects
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems and tracking tools to ensure accurate campaign reporting
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality delivery of marketing materials and services
- Research market trends, competitor activities and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and communications calendars aligned with business objectives
