Job Description

Background:

Viddsee is a next-generation enterainment studio and platform that creates stories connecting brands and audiences across Asia. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Singapore to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our brand and content projects across the region.

This is a highly independent role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and can take ownership of multi-market digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution — including media planning, performance marketing, and content amplification across social, search, and video platforms.
  • Drive user and audience growth through innovative digital strategies for Viddsee’s branded projects, microdramas, and community activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, production, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with project goals and brand messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets and reporting, optimizing resources and tracking campaign ROI across platforms.
    Analyze data and performance metrics to derive insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors when needed to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, content, or creative industries.
  • Hands-on experience running digital campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and setup to analytics and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and social content marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Independent, adaptable, and comfortable working across teams and time zones.
