Our team of 100+ produces apparel for some of the most respected and demanding global brands — not as a vendor, but as a trusted creative partner. We’re not building a team from scratch. Hard Rock International is flooding us with new design requests, and they expect bold, world-class artwork. At the same time, our long-standing partnerships with cruise lines like Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and MSC continue to deliver a consistent stream of creative opportunities. Our shirts are sold in gift shops, onboard stores, and even on private islands around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Create original, high-impact T-shirt designs tailored to our clients’ identities and audiences
  • Contribute fresh creative looks that help evolve the visual style we offer across global markets
  • Apply your strengths — illustration, layout, typography, concept development — to deliver retail-ready graphics
  • Work remotely and independently, with unlimited project potential based on your capacity and quality

Who We’re Looking For

  • Designers with real-world T-shirt design experience
  • Masters of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Creatives with strong instincts for commercial, on-brand artwork
  • Detail-obsessed professionals who consistently deliver clean, client-ready work
