Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience through the webshops, marketplaces, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of e-commerce operations and digital marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities

E-commerce Management:

·       Oversee the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, timely product launches, and up-to-date pricing and product information

·       Set up and manage online campaigns, including configuring discounts, activating promotional codes, and updating homepage and category visuals

·       Support the Marketing & E-commerce Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, proposals, and keyword mapping to drive organic traffic

·       Collaborate with affiliate partners to coordinate special promotions and partnership opportunities

·       Work closely with external agencies to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for maximum performance

 

Sales Support and Customer Service:

·       Prepare, update, and maintain B2B price lists for retail partners

·       Liaise with existing B2B customers to collect forecasts

·       Respond to local customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, and provide support to the customer service team across e-commerce platforms

 

Requirements:

·       Min. 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and website management (with experience in the SDA/FMCG industry a plus)

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

·       Familiarity with marketing applications and tools such as web analytics and Google AdWords

·       Experience working with online platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee

·       Working knowledge of the European market is an advantage

·       Excellent writing and communication skills

·       Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team setting

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines within budget
