3-Sixty is a boutique creative agency working across integrated campaigns, branding, and content. We handle a mix of commercial and government work. Small team, fast pace, and hands-on involvement.
We are looking for a Junior Art Director with a strong eye for design and craft. Fresh graduates are welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Develop visual ideas for campaigns, digital, and social content
- Design layouts, key visuals, and presentation materials
- Execute artwork for digital and print
- Support senior creatives from concept to final delivery
- Maintain visual quality and consistency across all work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in design, layout, typography, and visual craft
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Good attention to detail
- Able to take feedback and improve work quickly
- Interest in advertising and branding
- Portfolio required. Student or personal work is acceptable
Bonus Skills
- Motion, video, or social content experience
- Illustration or photography skills
