Job Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can keep our socials running like clockwork. You’ll manage the content calendar, schedule and post across platforms, coordinate shoots and make sure our online presence stays active and engaging while working closely with our creative and marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and Stories for CAL & CAL MED
- Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms
- Coordinate with our Xiaohongshu manager on content flow for Little Red Book
- Support KOL campaigns including scheduling, follow-ups and admin coordination
- Coordinate shoot logistics with our video producer (scheduling, talent sourcing)
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and DMs
- Maintain an organised content and asset library
- Stay on top of social media trends and flag opportunities
- Support any ad hoc marketing and brand activities as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Understands what works on Instagram, TikTok and Stories
- Organised, detail-oriented and reliable. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Good communicator who can coordinate across multiple people and vendors
- Can work independently and keep things moving without being chased
- Familiar with scheduling tools and Meta Business Suite
- Bonus: experience in beauty, aesthetics or lifestyle brands
- Bonus: basic photo or video editing skills
