Job Description

  • Strategic Brand Oversight: Support all channels within PIVENE and auterra, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across marketing, retail, partnerships, events, and other business functions.
  • End-to-End Creative Ownership: Own the development and production of creative concepts and visuals. Translate business objectives into compelling brand storytelling and high-performing customer assets across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Integrated Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives beyond execution, including campaign ideation, content direction, and performance-driven creative optimization. Actively support cross-functional campaigns across digital, retail, and partnership channels.
  • Event Activation Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of event activations, ensuring cohesive visual presentation, brand alignment, and timely delivery of all creative materials.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Retail Operations, Partnerships, Marketing) to manage multiple projects. Prioritize deliverables based on business impact, ensuring clear timeline planning and proactive communication.
  • Production & Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure high-quality execution of physical deliverables. Key tasks include:
    • Sourcing cost-effective production solutions and comparing quotations.
    • Managing production timelines and coordinating logistics.
    • Conducting quality control through print sample reviews.
    • Ensuring outputs meet brand standards and budgetary constraints.
  • Mentorship & Standards: Provide guidance and mentorship to design team members and interns, fostering strong design standards, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement in creative output.
  • Operational Agility: Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required to support the Creative Team and broader business objectives, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive mindset.
