Job Description:
- Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers
- Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government (GOV) tenders
- Work closely with team members across departments to support marketing activities
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Track and update marketing reports to support decision-making
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by the Marketing Clients Services department & Senior Management
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only (NO available quota for foreigners)
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline from recognized educational institution
- Jovial, Courteous and Service-Oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eloquent in English. Able to speak and write effectively in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
