What you’ll do:
Weavve is a multi-channel business spanning both B2C and B2B segments, across e-commerce and physical retail. We’re seeking an Warehouse Assistant to build an efficient, effective and adaptable operations function through managing our supply chain and operations team comprising full-timers, part-timers, contractors, and vendors.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:Â
Process daily orders from e-commerce platforms, offline partners, and other required channels.
Coordinate with the pick and pack team to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered timely.
Coordinate with Operations Assistant to support all customer enquiries and feedback.
Conduct periodic stock-taking and inventory management as required.
Support administrative duties within the Operations department as required.
Carry out general office administration and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Who you are and what you bring
We’re not looking for someone with every single skill checked off. What matters most to us, is strong judgement, a learning mindset, and the drive to build something great.
You have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations.
You are physically fit, able to lift weight up to 10kg
You have a proactive attitude and initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
You’re meticulous, hardworking and love organising.
You’re both self-driven and collaborative, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
You embrace flexible hours, knowing that cross-border operations and time-sensitive campaigns are part of the e-commerce landscape.
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
You are comfortable appearing in social media content if needed.
Familiarities with demand planning, supplier management, cross-border logistics, customer service experience is a PLUS!
Additional Information:
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm
Basic salary up to: $2,200 – $2,300 per month.
Additional Incentive: $100 – $200 per month
