Job Description
What You Will Do
* The Art of Storytelling: Welcome local and international visitors, guiding them through our collection and bringing the rich history behind our pieces to life.
* Client Relations & Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with art collectors and walk-in enthusiasts, managing inquiries both in-person and via email.
* Gallery Stewardship: Maintain the visual excellence of the gallery space, ensuring artworks are displayed beautifully and securely.
* Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, basic administrative tasks, and coordinating international shipments, private viewings and gallery events.
Who You Are
* Natural Storyteller: You are expressive, confident, and enjoy engaging in deep, meaningful conversations with visitors.
* Passionate Art Lover: You don’t need an art history degree, but you must have a genuine love for culture, heritage, history, or craftsmanship.
* Curious & Eager to Learn: Our niche is unique. You should be someone who loves reading, researching, and absorbing new knowledge.
* Professional & Welcoming: You possess excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a high level of responsibility.
* Fluent in English: Fluency in English is required. The ability to speak a second language (such as Mandarin, French, German) is a wonderful bonus to help connect with our diverse, global clientele.
