Who We Are

Creative For More is a cross-border digital marketing and creative agency headquartered in Singapore, with presence in Tokyo and New York. We help brands grow across Asia and the US through strategic marketing, social media, content production, design and paid media. Our creative and production work is kept in-house, so the people who plan a campaign are the same people who shoot and edit it.

Job Description

Role overview

We’re looking for a Content Production Intern with a strong videography focus: someone who loves being behind the camera, is just as comfortable talking to the people in front of it, and is happy to pitch in on whatever the team needs.

You’ll go on location to shoot social media and YouTube content for our clients and for C4M’s own channels. On set, you’re the face of C4M: you’ll greet clients, guide talent, ask good questions and keep the energy up so the content feels natural. Back at base, you’ll help turn the footage into short-form videos, YouTube edits and case study films that our clients actually publish.

Alongside production, you’ll support day-to-day client work across our accounts, help put together proposals and pitch materials, and pick up internal projects as they come up.

This role suits someone outgoing who enjoys meeting new people, speaks up confidently, and gets a buzz from a busy shoot day.

Scope of work

1. On-location shoots

  • Travel to client locations across Singapore (offices, retail outlets, events, studios, outdoor sets) to film social media and YouTube content
  • Set up and operate camera, lighting and audio equipment, including lapel and shotgun mics, gimbals and tripods
Capture A-roll (interviews, talking heads, presenter pieces) and B-roll (product shots, behind-the-scenes, location and lifestyle footage)
  • Shoot in both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats so one shoot serves Reels, TikTok, Shorts and YouTube
Follow shot lists and storyboards, and flag gaps or extra opportunities on the day
Manage files on set: label cards, back up footage and keep the shoot organised

2. Client engagement on set

  • Act as a friendly, confident point of contact for clients and talent during shoots
  • Brief interviewees on what to expect, put them at ease, and direct them through takes
  • Ask follow-up questions in interviews to draw out natural, usable answers
  • Speak up when something isn’t working (lighting, audio, framing, talent delivery) and suggest a fix
  • Represent C4M professionally and keep the client relationship warm from arrival to wrap

3. Pre-production

  • Help plan shoots with the account and creative team: shot lists, call sheets, location checks and equipment lists
  • Contribute content ideas for social media and YouTube, including hooks, trends and formats that suit each client
  • Help draft simple scripts and interview question lists

4. Post-production

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer YouTube content
  • Add captions, subtitles, music, motion text and basic colour correction
  • Prepare multiple cuts and aspect ratios from a single shoot
  • Take on feedback from the team and clients, and turn revisions around on time

5. Content operations

  • Organise and archive footage in our shared drive using C4M’s folder and naming conventions
  • Track shoot schedules and deliverables so nothing slips
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for C4M’s own social channels
  • Take part in C4M’s intern reflection and documentation programme

6. Client work, proposals and internal projects

  • Support the account team on ongoing client work beyond video, such as content calendars, social posts, photo assets and campaign reporting
  • Help prepare proposals and pitch decks: pull together sample work, shoot references, mood boards and case study material
  • Take on internal projects as they come up, including C4M’s own social content, showreels, website assets and team initiatives
  • Be flexible and willing to switch between tasks as priorities shift

Working hours and arrangement

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm (Singapore time)
  • Presence: You’re expected to be fully present and engaged throughout working hours. That means speaking up in meetings, contributing ideas, and being visibly active with the team and clients, not just working quietly in the background.
  • Daily huddle: Join the 10am team huddle every day, including remote days
  • Office and shoot days: Tuesdays and Wednesdays are in-office days at our Tanjong Katong office. Shoots are scheduled around client availability and may fall on any weekday, so you’ll be on location whenever a shoot is booked.
  • Remote days: Stay active on Slack and respond to colleagues and supervisors within 30 minutes during working hours. Your supervisor may ask you to come in or head to a shoot on a remote day, and we expect you to accommodate this.
  • Occasional flexibility: Some shoots may start early or run slightly past 6:30pm. We’ll give advance notice and keep these to a minimum.

Who we’re looking for
Skills can be taught. Presence on set is harder to teach, so personality matters a lot for this role.

  • Outgoing and personable. You’re naturally extroverted, enjoy meeting new people, and can strike up a conversation with a client or interviewee within minutes.
  • Confident communicator. You speak clearly, give direction to talent without hesitation, and aren’t shy to share an idea in a team meeting.
  • Calm under pressure. Shoot days move fast. You stay positive and solve problems on the spot when plans change.
Proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to shoot next. You spot good moments and suggest them.
  • Reliable. You turn up on time, prepared, with charged batteries and empty cards.
  • Curious about social media. You know what’s working on TikTok, Reels and YouTube right now, and why.

Requirements
Must have

  • Currently studying, or recently graduated in, Film, Media, Digital Media, Communications or a related field
  • Must own a DSLR camera (mandatory), with hands-on experience shooting video on it
  • Working knowledge of at least one editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
  • Basic understanding of framing, lighting and clean audio capture
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Able to travel to shoot locations across Singapore and carry equipment (Travel fees covered)
  • A portfolio or showreel of video work (school, personal or freelance projects all count)

Nice to have

  • Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts
  • Experience filming interviews or corporate and brand content
  • Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
  • Experience with drones, gimbals or multi-camera setups
  • Conversational Mandarin, Japanese or another Asian language, given our cross-border clients
  • Own lighting or audio gear (LED panels, lapel or shotgun mics)

What you’ll gain

  • A real portfolio of published client work across brands in Singapore and the region
  • Direct exposure to client-facing production, from briefing to delivery
  • Hands-on mentorship from our design, video and account teams
  • Experience producing content for cross-border brands with ties to Japan and the US
  • A structured reflection and documentation programme to track your growth across the internship
  • A reference letter on successful completion
