Job Description
LA Patches is looking for a hands-on team member to help manage small and large production runs without any order being too tricky to handle. Ever wonder how a shop keeps quality consistent whether they are making five patches or five hundred? Careful process management makes that possible, and this role focuses on keeping every batch on track. You will help fulfill custom Velcro patches no minimum orders, checking backing quality, stitching, and sizing before each shipment goes out. This position suits someone who stays organized under shifting order volumes and enjoys variety in daily tasks.
