Summary
We’re looking for a Camera Operator / Editor who’s equally comfortable behind the lens and in the edit suite. This full-time role combines on-set production work with post-production editing, offering an end-to-end involvement in the storytelling process. You’ll collaborate closely with our producers, directors, and post team to capture compelling visuals and shape them into polished, impactful videos.
Key Responsibilities
Operate camera and lighting equipment during shoots across corporate, social content and event projects.
Prepare, test, and maintain camera and lighting gear to ensure readiness for production.
Collaborate with the Producers to execute creative and technical direction on set.
Capture stable, well-composed, and dynamic footage that aligns with project goals and visual style.
Edit footage into cohesive narratives, highlight videos, or short-form content using professional editing software.
Handle file management, media transfers, and backups between production and post-production.
Perform basic color correction, sound balancing, and visual cleanup when needed.
Contribute creative input to shot planning, visual storytelling, and pacing in the edit.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience as a camera operator, or hybrid shooter/editor.
Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and camera movement.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) and related accessories.
A creative eye for storytelling with attention to visual continuity and pacing.
Ability to manage time and tasks effectively across both production and post-production.
Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility on set.
