Job Description

About Ardant

Ardant is a fast-growing D2C jewellery brand selling to customers in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. We design jewellery made for real life: comfortable, secure, and easy to wear every day.

The Role

Ardant is now entering a new brand phase. Our visuals are becoming more premium, polished, and trust-building. At the same time, we are an e-commerce brand, so our design work must also help drive sales.

  • We are looking for a middle-weight Graphic Designer to create digital marketing assets for Ardant.
  • The main focus is static paid social ads, especially for Meta and Google.
  • This role suits a designer who cares about good design, but also understands that commercial design must perform. The work should look good, feel on-brand, and help customers understand why they should buy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design static paid social ads for Meta, Google, and other digital placements
  • Create multiple ad variations for testing: different layouts, hooks, formats, and messages
  • Balance brand-led design with performance-led design
  • Adapt designs across sizes, placements, and channels
  • Support email marketing graphics, including EDMs and lifecycle emails
  • Support website banners, landing page graphics, campaign assets, and product launch assets
  • Translate marketing briefs into clear, polished visuals
  • Update designs based on feedback and ad performance learnings
  • Keep the brand look consistent across digital touchpoints
  • Study references, competitors, and brand examples to understand the visual direction

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Visual Designer, or similar
  • Experience with D2C, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Strong portfolio showing digital-first design
  • Experience designing static social ads
  • Good sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, image treatment, and composition
  • Able to communicate professionally in English
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
  • Able to work independently from a clear brief without constant step-by-step guidance
  • Open to feedback and quick revisions
  • Careful with details: spelling, spacing, alignment, file formats, and consistency
  • Adaptable enough to create both polished brand assets and more direct sales-led ads

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta ad creative
  • Experience designing email or lifecycle marketing assets
  • Basic understanding of landing page design
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Figma
  • Interest in jewellery, fashion, beauty, editorial, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Experience designing for US, UK, Australian, or Canadian audiences
  • Experience working with remote teams

Who this Role is For

This role suits a designer who wants to become more well-rounded. You should enjoy making beautiful work, but also want to understand how design affects customer trust, clicks, conversion, and sales.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to make art in isolation. It is for someone who wants to use design to solve real business problems.

Why Join Ardant

  • Work on a jewellery brand entering a more premium visual phase
  • Build strong portfolio-worthy work across ads, email, campaigns, and digital assets
  • Learn from the best. Work with founders and senior leaders who’ve scaled brands from launch to eight figures and beyond.
  • Grow and advance quickly with a flat structure and performance‑driven culture.
  • Enjoy flexible hours with a fully remote role.
  • Work with clear briefs, direct feedback, and a lean marketing team

Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a small design task. This task is for evaluation only. It will use a mock brand with a similar aesthetic direction to Ardant, but it will not use Ardant products, assets, or live campaign material.

The task helps us assess:

  • Visual taste
  • Layout thinking
  • Ability to understand a brand direction
  • Attention to detail
  • Care in execution
  • Submitted work for screening will never be used commercially
