We are looking for a meticulous, relationship-driven Producer to lead and streamline our project management efforts. Established in 2013, CraveFX has partnered with brands, agencies, organisations, and museums to create award-winning animation, visual content, and immersive interactive experiences.

Your duties as a Producer include but are not exclusive to:

• Have a good understanding in creating and manage project schedules and timelines for various projects
• Able to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery
• Able to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project’s requirements and delegate roles accordingly
• Have a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes
• Able to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on the status of the project and addressing any concerns that may arise
  • Work with clients
    • To understand their vision, objectives, needs and wants and convey their feedback to the production team
    • Ensure that they are satisfied with the project’s progress at all times.
  • Work with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations
• Collaborate with
  • Project heads to ensure the project meets client’s expectation
  • Production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain their feedback, and ensure that all animation sequences align with the Creative Director’s or client’s vision
• Archival of completed projects
• Prepare creative presentations/decks
• Managing vendors and freelancers to ensure that they deliver high quality work in a timely manner
• Able to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team
• Assist Directors & HR and Operations Team in other areas where necessary

• Ideally:
  • Background in creative agencies
  • Production management experience in the animation or film industry
  • Familiarity with animation production pipelines and workflows
