Job Description
We are in the early stages of building something we’re genuinely excited about — a pet brand that cares deeply about its community. Right now, we’re looking for one person to wear many hats and help us lay the foundation. As we grow, this role will evolve — responsibilities will sharpen, the team will expand, and your place in it will too. For now, we need someone hungry to build, not just execute.
We don’t expect you to drown in work. We want you to grow with us, shape this brand alongside us, and feel comfortable speaking up as things change. This is a collaboration — and we’re open about that from day one.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Brand & Social Presence Planning, writing, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok. Not just posting — building a feed and community that actually means something to people. 3–4 posts per week, stories consistently active.
Digital Asset Creation You’ll own the visual side of the brand end to end — producing graphics, reels, short-form video edits, and visual copy for social and community channels. There is no separate creative partner. What goes out reflects your eye as much as your strategy.
Community Engagement — Social & Telegram Real conversations with real pet owners across Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. You’ll build and manage our Telegram community from the ground up — seeding it, growing it, keeping it warm, and using it to drive traffic and deepen brand loyalty. Not managing a queue. Building a space people actually want to be in.
KOL Management & Coordination Identifying, briefing, and managing KOL partnerships end to end. That includes preparing and coordinating product shipments, managing timelines, collecting content during engagements — including being present on the ground to capture video and real-time moments where needed. You own the relationship once it’s in motion.
Event Attendance & Representation You will be at our events. Not optional. This is how the brand shows up in person and how community gets built beyond the screen. You’ll support coordination and logistics, and you’ll be the face people meet when they encounter the brand on the ground.
Email Newsletter Monthly — drafted, approved, sent, and the list is actively growing.
B2B Outreach Support Materials prepared, warm leads followed up, tracker kept current. Founders lead and close the relationships; you make sure nothing goes cold.
Who We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in marketing, content, community, or brand work. Hands-on with design and video tools — Adobe Suite or equivalent. Already embedded in the pet care and wellness space — not warming up to it, already in it. Comfortable being the face of a brand in public-facing settings. Output-driven and self-directed, with strong instincts about what good looks like. Someone who moves without being told, flags problems before they become fires, and brings ideas that weren’t asked for. The kind of person who chases us — not the other way around.
