About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and motivated WordPress Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or junior designer who wants to gain practical experience creating professional, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites.
You will work closely with our development and design team to create and improve websites for real-world projects.
Responsibilities:
– Design and customize WordPress websites.
– Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
– Customize WordPress themes and page builders.
– Work with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar WordPress tools.
– Create attractive page layouts, landing pages, and website sections.
– Customize colors, typography, images, menus, and other website elements.
– Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
– Optimize websites for usability, responsiveness, and basic SEO.
– Collaborate with developers and other team members.
– Troubleshoot basic WordPress design and layout issues.
Requirements:
– Basic experience with WordPress.
– Understanding of HTML and CSS.
– Familiarity with responsive web design.
– Basic knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, or another WordPress page builder.
– Good eye for design, spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Strong willingness to learn and improve.
Nice to Have:
– Experience with WooCommerce.
– Knowledge of JavaScript.
– Familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, or Canva.
– Basic SEO knowledge.
– Experience customizing WordPress themes.
– A portfolio or examples of previous WordPress projects.
