Sales & Admissions Executive (Academic Consultant)

Seashell Academy – Suntown Pte. Ltd.
Location: Eastpoint Mall, B1-19/20/21, Singapore
Salary: SGD 4,500 – 8,500 / month (Base + Commission)
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week, including weekends)
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & PRs only

Seashell Academy, part of Suntown Education Group, is a fast-growing PSLE-focused tuition centre specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

We help primary school students build confidence, achieve academic excellence, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

As we expand across Singapore, we’re looking for ambitious, empathetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Admissions & Academic Consulting team (Learning Consultants) and make a real difference in children’s academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with parents to understand their child’s learning needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Guide families through trial lessons and enrolment, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience for every student.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and school events to attract new families.
• Maintain CRM records, track performance, and meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Diploma or Degree in any field; background in education, psychology, or communications is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Hungry for success and results-driven, but committed to consultative, service-oriented sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
• Able to work on weekends (with weekdays off-in-lieu)
• Empathetic, passionate about children’s learning, and motivated by making a positive impact
