Creative designer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Creative Designer (Graphic Design – Events & Experiences) to join our growing team in the dynamic events industry. If you’re someone who thrives in Singapore’s vibrant lifestyle scene, loves translating ideas into impactful experiences, and has a strong eye for design across both digital and physical spaces – this role is for you!

You’ll play a key role in bringing our events to life visually, from conceptualisation to execution. Working closely with the marketing and project teams, you’ll create compelling design assets that shape the overall look and feel of our experiences, both online and on-ground.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Conceptualise, plan, and execute creative designs aligned with project objectives and client briefs.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, including developing mood boards, event flows, and user journey experiences.

Translate ideas into compelling visuals and mock-ups to effectively communicate concepts and proposals.

Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including master visuals, illustrations, logos, social media content, website visuals, large-format prints, and marketing collaterals.

Ensure strong attention to detail across all deliverables, including adapting designs based on feedback to achieve final approval.

Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate execution and production of creative work.

Continuously build and refine a strong, versatile design portfolio.

Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or experiential projects.

Strong creative flair with a good sense of visual storytelling, layout, and conceptual thinking.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, SketchUp, Blender, and other relevant software.

Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Open to feedback and able to iterate designs efficiently.

Willing to commit to weekends and/or overtime when required by project timelines or schedule.
