Job Description

Your Role on Our Journey 

You are responsible for driving brand visibility, demand generation, and partner-led growth through non-digital channels for a premium mobility concierge and private hire car leasing business.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures 

  • Support the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company’s brand portfolio guidelines and objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand portfolio identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand portfolio message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a design/creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Willing to work on a 5.5 day work week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturday/Sunday, 10am – 2pm)
