For over 20 years, Oculus Design has helped organisations communicate through corporate publications and visual communications. As we expand into social media, integrated campaigns and AI-powered content, we’re looking for a designer who’s excited to help shape what’s next.
What You’ll Do
- Create content for social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Design posts, reels, carousels and campaign assets that drive engagement and support communication objectives.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series and storytelling.
- Take part in TikTok and short-form video shoots when required.
- Design reports, presentations and other corporate communication materials.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and other creative platforms to generate ideas and improve workflows.
- Work with the team to turn communication challenges into creative solutions.
- We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has around 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Understands how social media campaigns work and how content supports engagement and communication goals.
- Has a good eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Is comfortable creating both digital content and corporate communication materials.
- Uses AI tools confidently as part of the creative process.
- Takes initiative, manages work independently and collaborates well with others.
- Is eager to learn, open to feedback and enjoys trying new ideas.
Bonus Skills
- Experience shooting and creating TikTok.
- Basic photography or videography.
- Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
- Motion graphics.
