SOCIAL CREATIVE

We’re a social media and content agency that’s been in the game since 2016. Small team. Real work. Clients across healthcare, government, lifestyle, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Social Creative to grow with us.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to clock in, execute a brief, and clock out. It’s for someone who’s always making something, even when nobody asked. Someone who studies why content works, not just what it looks like.

You don’t need years of experience. You need the right instincts and the hunger to back them up.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and editing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Shooting when needed. Building motion graphics and animated assets. Working alongside strategists and account managers to bring ideas to life, and sometimes being the one who starts the idea in the first place.

What we’re looking for

A strong eye. Good instincts for social formats and platform behaviour. Comfortable with video editing and motion. Familiar with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Higgsfield is a bonus. What matters more is that you’re the type who finds out about these things on your own, without being told to.

Fresh graduates are welcome. What matters is the work, not the years.

Tools you should know

Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma. Basic photography and videography.

Your portfolio should show

Social content. Video work. Something you shot or edited yourself. Ideally something experimental. We want to see how you think, not just what you can polish.

You’ll be working with senior creatives who will invest in showing you how this industry actually works, not just handing you a brief and walking away. If you’re willing to absorb, ask questions, and put in the work, you’ll grow faster here than most places twice our size.

We’re not a revolving door. We want someone who wants to stay, build something, and look back in a few years and know this was where it started.
