Job Requirements

• Take ownership of and execute design, layout and art direction for design collaterals and creative assets across all media platforms(digital, print, outdoor, social, on-ground etc)
• Create and define design direction for graphic design work
• Work independently (while under supervision from senior creatives if necessary) to develop and deliver high quality, hardworking design work
• Research, interpret and respond productively and effectively to briefs, job requirements and client comments
• Work closely with the Creative Director, creatives and project managers to deliver strong design concepts and comms output that are both effective and creative
• Execute and manage creative production process (photo shoots, video shoots, print production, FA checks etc) to ensure quality and creative integrity

Criteria

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an design communications or advertising agency
• Strong design fundamentals and through the line design work (publication design, brand identity, BTLs)
• Experience with government/public service campaigns is an advantage
• Pro-active team player who can work well with clients, stakeholders and team
• Relevant degree is useful but not essential
