About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, dependable and sales-driven individual to join our team. As a Vintage Retail Shopkeeper, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, maintaining the presentation of our store, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Welcome and engage customers warmly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries both in-store and online.
Retail Operations
Operate POS and cashless payment systems.
Manage stock replenishment and inventory counts.
Assist with receiving, pricing and merchandising products.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation.
Support opening and closing procedures.
Social Media & Content Support
Create basic content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Assist with photography and short-form videos of new arrivals.
Post Stories, Reels and product updates.
Monitor messages and basic customer enquiries on social platforms.
Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Requirements
Passion for vintage fashion, collectibles, homewares or design.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in sales and customer engagement.
Comfortable appearing in social media content.
Basic photography and social media knowledge.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
5-day work week including weekends and public holidays where required.
Full-time position.
