Join our pool of Part-Time Event Crew and support exciting sporting events, lifestyle activations, corporate tournaments, roadshows and experiential campaigns across Singapore.
Perfect for students, freelancers or anyone looking for project-based event work.

Part-Time Event Crew
Working Hours
Roster-based deployment
Typical shifts include:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
(Working hours vary depending on event requirements.)
Deployment Locations
Various locations across Singapore
Responsibilities
- Registration and guest check-in
- Direct participants and visitors
- Queue and crowd management
- Event setup and teardown
- Assist with event logistics and operations
- Support sponsor and brand activation booths
- Equipment handling and venue preparation
- Crowd engagement and wayfinding
- Prize presentation support
- General event assistance
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work weekends and Public Holidays when required
