Looking for flexible event work?

Join our pool of Part-Time Event Crew and support exciting sporting events, lifestyle activations, corporate tournaments, roadshows and experiential campaigns across Singapore.

Perfect for students, freelancers or anyone looking for project-based event work.

Position
Part-Time Event Crew

Working Hours
Roster-based deployment

Typical shifts include:

Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
(Working hours vary depending on event requirements.)

Deployment Locations
Various locations across Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Registration and guest check-in
  • Direct participants and visitors
  • Queue and crowd management
  • Event setup and teardown
  • Assist with event logistics and operations
  • Support sponsor and brand activation booths
  • Equipment handling and venue preparation
  • Crowd engagement and wayfinding
  • Prize presentation support
  • General event assistance

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Able to work weekends and Public Holidays when required
