Starting Salary: S$800 – S$1,800 (Fresh Graduate)
Performance-Based Progression: Up to $2000 – S$3,000+ based on operational responsibilities, business development, and independent studio management.

Commitment: 8 hours/day, 6 days a week (Includes weekends/public holidays)

At Snow Dance Studio, we don’t just want an employee—we want a future leader. We are looking for an energetic, bilingual, and highly organized Fresh Graduate / Management Trainee to run the heartbeat of our studio.
If you have a passion for music, dance, creative events, or content creation, and want to learn the ins and outs of day-to-day business operations, this role will fast-track your career. Comprehensive training is provided, but a high-energy, multi-tasking, and positive attitude is non-negotiable!
Job Scope (For Those Who Love Wearing Multiple Hats)
Day-to-Day Studio Operations & Management
Manage & promote studio bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries smoothly.
Welcome students, support teachers, and ensure a premium front-desk experience.
Oversee studio cleanliness, opening/closing protocols, and inventory.
Ultimate Goal: Master daily operations to run the studio independently.
Social Media & Content Creation
Ideate and execute content for Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok.
Film behind-the-scenes moments, classes, and studio events.
Basic video editing, trendy posting, and community engagement.
Event Coordination & Execution
Support workshops, dance events, collaborations, and photoshoots.
Brainstorm creative promotions to drive student enrollment and community growth.
What We Are Looking For:
Fresh Graduates looking for Experience: No heavy experience needed, but a genuine willingness to learn is required.
Bilingual Communicator (English & Chinese): Must be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support students, parents, social media enquiries, business partners, and walk-ins.
High Energy & Resilience: Comfortable with a 6-day workweek (8 hours/day). This is an immersive role that requires weekend availability when the studio is at its busiest.
Tech & Trend Savvy: Comfortable using social media apps, CapCut/editing tools, and AI tools.
Responsible Multitasker: Someone who takes extreme ownership of their space.
